Pupils will bring home two books today: My Read At Home and Léigh Sa Bhaile. Please listen to their reading 4 nights a week – Monday to Thursday, one page each night. We don’t have the benefit of Eva this year and I fear their reading fluency will drop a level or two. Reading aloud, clearly and with appropriate punctuation and expression, is a valuable skill. Tonight’s page is page 17. The books are enjoyable and interesting!
