Well-being and Inclusion

The holistic well-being of our pupils is our utmost priority. We are committed to
fostering a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where every child can thrive emotionally, socially, and academically.

Initiatives and Frameworks:

To support this mission, our school actively implements dedicated well-being
initiatives and frameworks:

NEPS Pilot Scheme: We participate in the National Educational Psychological Service (NEPS) pilot program, which delivers specialised well-being lessons and self-regulation strategies to various classes, facilitated by trained professionals.

Weaving Well-being: We run this comprehensive, evidence-based programme across the school to help children develop positive mental health, resilience, and mindfulness strategies.

Sensory Room: We have a sensory room and sensory trail in the school.

Special Class: We will be opening our first special class this year in 2026/2027

Inclusivity

Inclusivity is a core value of our school community. We welcome, value, and respect individuals of all cultures, backgrounds, faiths, and creeds. Furthermore, we celebrate neurodiversity, recognizing, valuing, and supporting the unique strengths and learning profiles of every student.
